Loving God, Loving People, to the Praise of His Glorious Grace

What is the mission of the Skyline Church of Christ? Consider two passages of scripture.

"Which is the greatest commandment?" the Sadducees asked Jesus. His answer was, to summarize: love God and love people (Matthew 22:34-40).

"What is the purpose of the church?" we might ask Paul. He addresses that topic in Ephesians 1:3-14. In this passage the inspired apostle Paul uses a couple of phrases that capture the purpose of the church — "to the praise of his glory" (Ephesians 1:12, 14) and "to the praise of his glorious grace" (Ephesians 1:6). We are chosen, adopted, redeemed that we may praise His glorious grace!

What is the mission of the Skyline Church of Christ? We are all about praising God’s glorious grace by loving God and loving people. Our mission is Loving God, Loving People, to the Praise of His Glorious Grace!
